Elphas Ngugi (Ray) is a multi-skilled Kenyan-based multimedia journalist, documentary filmmaker, and documentary photographer with a strong background in international journalism and documentary storytelling.
With 10 years of experience in the media and communications industry - specializing in editorial, developmental, and humanitarian-oriented short-form visual storytelling, documentary photography, writing, and case studies collection for broadcast, communications, advocacy, and fundraising campaigns, Elphas also provides multimedia storytelling training and capacity-building services for organizations and independent communications professionals.
Elphas is a trained communications professional who holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Technical Diploma in Marketing Management.
